I can't thank you enough for your wonderful and quick customer service! When I was researching the Cricut, I was hoping to find a product like SCAL, but I wasn't sure one existed. I happened upon CandaCraft's web site and was skeptical since the price was so much lower than everyone else's. I was also worried since I needed to be able to use SCAL on my Mac and PC. I had a ton of questions that I bombarded Customer Service with and I was very pleasantly surprised to get an extremely quick, detailed and knowledgeable response any (I mean any!) time of the day.
